Most of our products are printed, produced and cut by our own hands, so it is unavoidable that there are small imperfections, discrepancies, and inconsistencies from time to time. But rest assured that we quality check each and every item with care before sending them out to you.
Accepted modes of payment are either via bank deposit or Paypal. In case of bank deposit, please email a copy of your deposit slip to firstname.lastname@example.org. Additional fees may apply for Paypal payments.
Credit cards may also be used through Paypal checkout.
Most items are made on demand upon order, so please allow three to five working days for us to ship your item. In case of delays in production or shipment, we will contact you personally to inform you.
For now, products are only available for shipping within the Philippines and are sent through courier (Xend). Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout.
We inspect and ship each item with utmost care, but in case of damages or mistakes, please contact us first for confirmation, and upon approval, return the item within seven (7) days upon receipt of item to exchange.
Each item is photographed accurately, and all needed product specifications are listed in the product description, so please make sure to read and check carefully before purchase. No returns shall be entertained except for extraordinary circumstances, for which you can contact us directly at email@example.com.
Cancellations are only allowed for bank deposit transactions, provided that we have not yet received your payment. Cancellations are strictly not allowed for Paypal purchases.
